OPT brings together governments, employers’ organizations and workers’ organizations to promote inclusive, sustainable and evidence-based labor policies.

What is OPT?

The Pan-American Labor Organization is a regional institution dedicated to promoting labor rights, creating decent employment opportunities and strengthening social protection across the Americas.

Its governance model supports policy dialogue and public-policy development through the participation of governments, employers and workers. The digital ecosystem is conceived as a public good that provides universal access to regulations, statistics, research and cooperation opportunities.
